OUR SERVICES
We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of a service.
Charges may apply for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and for missed appointments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
SPA PARKING
Rosewood Spa offers free parking in the Sheraton parking lot for our clients during their service (for up to 3 hours).
Upon arriving for your appointment, you can enter the Sheraton parking area (take a ticket as you enter). When you check-out of the spa, we will provide you with a parking coupon that you will scan when exiting the parking area.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Give the gift of relaxation with a Rosewood Spa Gift Certificate. Available for services, treatments, or specified dollar amounts. Free Canada wide delivery.
